We are looking for young and energetic person to join our sales training team to hone the skills set of our field force and bring value to our system.
Role & Responsibilities:
Assess training needs through TNA, surveys, interviews with employees / DSF, focus groups, or consultation with coordination and NSM / Sales Managers. Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for field employees / DSF.
Conduct specific trainings for sale teams enabling them to achieve their targets. Prepare field data training reports for information / analysis of sales / NS Managers.
Other responsibilities as briefed by the line manager.
Skills Required: Excellent communication ability (Urdu / English)
Qualification: BBA (Hons)/MBA
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years, preferably as a Trainer
Age: 30 – 40 years
Location: Head Office (Lahore) – Intensive travelling involved
