About the Role:
The position of Billing & Revenue Management Solutions Executive provides an exciting & challenging opportunity with the responsibility of planning, adequate utilization, implementation, & short-term / long term planning for the Convergent Billing stack (Billing, Rating & Charging, E-refill, Voucher Management, FMS, Interconnect, Mediation and Revenue Systems).
Your Impactful Goals will Include:
Configuration & Change Management
New Product Development, planning & implementation in liaison with stakeholders.
Ensuring system KPIs
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas
Sufficient knowledge of GSM Protocols.
Good understanding and knowledge of 3GPP releases, supported technologies/features and proposed network architectures.
Good understanding of services flows
Technical understanding for effective problem solving and knowledge of overall CBS portfolio.
Relationship management with internal customers and external vendors.
Solution orientated and progressive approach.
Good analytical, problem solving & decision making skills.
Candidate should be self-driven, able to initiate and deliver upon different initiatives.
Good stakeholder management skills.
Good Interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal/Written/Presentation)
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
What will Your Typical day at work look like:
Coordination on daily basis with stakeholders including Business and within the Technology Division.
Analyzing various business needs with respect to configurations, product developments, integrations and security
Translate business needs into functional system requirements.
Stakeholder expectation management.
Project Management & Vendor coordination.
Being part of different cross functional teams to provide support from Convergent Billing and Revenue Management side.
Ability to work in a demanding business environment.
Basic knowledge on the following as the day to day tasks will require extensive cross functional work involving these domains: Provisioning Systems, DWH, CRM
Minimum B.Sc Engg /BCS (Communication/EE/Computers). MSc will be an added advantage.
Experience in Charging System & revenue management.
Knowledge & experience of Charging System, Voucher Center & E-Refill
Knowledge and work experience of GSM network, signaling protocols
