This role will support in designing and leading an integrated talent strategy considering new-normal that delivers against the companys talent needs now and for the future. This role will serve as subject matter expert in process automation and support in building a Center of Expertise related to all areas of talent planning and development.
Act as a strategic partner to HR and leaders. Assess and anticipate people related needs and formulate partnerships to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization and division.
Cultivate the employee experience and support leaders in implementing employee engagement initiatives that support a culture of trust, learning, recognition and engagement.
Benchmark best practices and emerging trends to make recommendations on course design, development, tools and technologies.
Leads effective and efficient people change management practices, efforts, and communications, ensuring that new or revised programs, initiatives, processes, and systems are well supported in their communication, adoption, and implementation.
Drives a continuous improvement mindset and practice to ensure all new and current programs and practices are designed, and regularly reviewed and streamlined for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with the strategic goals.
Support in coaching partners, department leaders and leadership teams to improve their effectiveness in the areas of talent management and employee engagement.
Ensure successful on boarding and assimilation of executives, accelerating time-to-performance and ability to impact the organization.
Experience and Qualification
MBA/BBA or any other business degree from recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR
Have in-depth experience of talent practice areas, including: Talent Management, Leadership assessment & development, and Organizational Culture
Experience using a HRIS system to integrate Talent Management program

Advanced MS Office.
