Create and implement a corporate strategy in line with the vision, as agreed by the Board
Develop a three to five years vision for respective BU in Pakistan that is calibrated with Partner Organization. Review the Annual Business Plan and budget for onward submission to the MC
Cascade Annual Business Plans to regional teams and develop geographically specific execution plans
Engage himself in developing and steering a Key Account Development Plan for Market organization with personal engagement with top 10 Key Accounts
Build, lead and motivate an effective and cohesive management team with effective succession planning in collaboration with HR
Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automotive) / MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
Experience: 12-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Commercial Vehicles, of which at least 5 years as a Senior Manager.
Skills: Strong business & people management skills. Strong analytical skills.
