Job Summary: The UKG Delivery Senior Manager is responsible for achieving productivity gains while managing the overall service delivery of the agreed scope and the personnel performing the work. Job Responsibilities: -Ensuring program level performance against SLAs and KPIs, including metric reporting on team performance -Ensuring results with the highest possible standard of quality and delivery, by managing supply and demand, service quality and processes to meet delivery expectations -Driving insights gathering from team members to improve quality and processes -Participates in and contributes to pre-sales and sales strategies -Managing and eliminating service delivery issues in a timely and proactive manner -Working within multiple teams across Accenture, UKG and clients to execute and deliver -Managing supply and demand, service quality and processes to meet delivery expectations -Developing a culture of continuous improvement across the teams in the global delivery network -Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance program operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices -Coaching, performance development, 1-1s, mentoring and general career counselling for team leads

Here’s What You Need…

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree 6 years of work experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central implementations
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience creating strategic communication pieces and presenting to executive-level audiences
  • Nice to have…

  • Ability to lead multiple concurrent complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
  • Able to handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; able to tailor communication types and styles to audience
  • Excellent work ethic, displaying dependability and commitment to both Accenture and the client’s success
  • Ability to analyze complex data or facts, summarize findings, and present results in a compelling way
  • Ability to maintain a spirit of learning with a positive attitude of receiving feedback and ongoing training
  • As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $169,855-$280,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
