Minimum Master’s degree in Business/ Finance/ Economics etc. in related fields from a HEC recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having professional qualification / license of CFA/ACCA.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.

In-depth knowledge of Credit policies and Regulatory framework related to Credit including but not limited to SBP’s Prudential Regulations. Knowledge and experience of operating Credit & Collateral Management Systems. Good understanding of banking and CAD. To review, evaluate & develop the capacity, function, and capability of Credit Administration. To review and update CAD Policy / Manual & Procedures, and provide necessary guidance for implementation of CAD Plan. To provide assistance to Divisional head in oversight activities pertaining to CAD. To enhance supervision to the process of Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC) issuance, maintenance of record and MIS. To counter Verification of DACs for various loan portfolios, identification, and rectification of discrepancies on regular basis. To manage/ maintain the activities of vendors i.e., Muccaddam companies, valuators, inspectors, Insurance agencies, BLA etc. To ensure compliance of Banking Laws, Regulations & Bank’s procedures including Internal & Regulatory Reporting. To coordinate with IT for system related functions being performed by CAD field functionaries and assist the automation of overall process. To reengineer and automate processes in Credit Admin. To review and escalate findings to relevant Regions, Corporate & Islamic Offices, and Groups based on monthly Ticklers received from CAD field offices. To partner with key stakeholders including Risk & Business in relation to improving Credit policies and procedures. To monitor audit & compliance related matters and ensure any gaps/issues identified are rectified. To periodically prepare, submit, and present the CAD reports to Senior Management and Board Risk Committee. To generate ideas and introduce best practices in Credit Admin..
