Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from HEC Recognized Institution Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization. Experience of working in Oil & Gas Sector will be an advantage. Skills: Analytical Skills Interpersonal Skills Communication Skills Good command on Microsoft Office Fully Conversant with Labor Laws Should be able to liaison effectively with Government Departments and Local Administration Duties and Responsibilities:. Assist respective Incharge / Department head in execution of all duties Dealing with Collective Bargaining Agents Handing Labor Contracts and Apprentices Incident and accident reporting with Mines Directorate Interpreting and advising on Labor Laws Coordination with Local Administration Handling Labor Canteen Preparation and Maintenance of Mines Act Register Involvement in Legal Cases Dealing in Accommodation matters Compiling and preparation of mess registers / bills Arrangements for functions and ceremonies Preparation of Contractors’ monthly bills Preparation of WWPF payment lists Routine mess purchases Pension and Gratuity matters Handling Insurance and Death Claims Liaison with EOBI and preparation of monthly EOBI contribution details.
