We are looking for young and energetic candidates for the following positions based in Karachi.


Junior Executive-Customer Service (Field Operations) Qualification: • D.A.E/B.Tech Mechanical/ Automobile from a reputable institute. Experience: • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Field Operations. Responsibilities: • Handling customers complaints and assuring customer satisfaction. • Resolving and reporting of product technical issues. • Assuring proper operational of warranty procedures and taking actions to improve. • Managing, maintaining and improving dealer’s network. • Dealers training and guidance to improve performance level. • Assuring Parts & Yamalube availability for customers on grass root level. • Achieving set targets in terms of volumes for Yamalube & Parts. • Work in close liaison with other departments to improve output related to Customer Service Affairs..
