The person will be responsible to implement SOPs as per lean manufacturing principles & ensure compliance, should be capable of working on an integrated plant having production capacity of 1700 MT/Day (3 strands, 150×150, 6×11 caster, 3 Meters/Minute/Strand, EMS, AMLC), suggest ways to improve productivity and to resolve the billet quality issues during slit rolling, provide cost effective solutions for CCM production and reduce wastages, oversee corrective & preventive maintenance of CCM machineries & equipment, ensure availability of consumables & spares, ensure safety, supervise shutdown and turnaround during maintenance, maintain daily / monthly production & downtime reports and prepare annual budget for CCM production. EDUCATION BE/ ME degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering EXPERIENCE 12-15 years of relevant experience SKILLS Business Acumen, People Development, Presentation skills, Analytical skills, MS Office.Job Ad:
