The Bank is looking for high caliber, experienced, self-motivated and well-groomed professional for the following positions in its People & Organizational Excellence Group, Lahore: Grade Range: EVP-I to EVP Reporting To: Group Head P&OEG Location: Lahore Job Summary: Develop Learning & Development strategy in line with the strategic objectives of the Bank and People & Organizational Excellence Group. Plan and synchronize strategies for achieving learning objectives of functional departments in alignment with corporate strategic plans. Development or revision of the learning contents in line with the business objectives, TNA & specialized needs identified by any of the bank’s Group and ensure Content incorporates Regulatory/Legal requirements if any. Conduct annual `Training Need Assessment’ & plan Training Strategy for the upcoming year. Overlooking the Development, design, and publishing of E-Learning courses. Periodically evaluate training effectiveness by devising and implementing training evaluation tools. Oversee evaluation and development of an in-house and external pool of trainers for their effective utilization. Lead & facilitate programs to assist employees with transitions due to reorganization, restructuring, and in the wake of technological changes taking place in the bank. Coordinate with domestic and international training institutes and exchange best practices to ensure that training method and equipment is in line with best international standards. General Eligibility Criteria: Education: Min. Graduate or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Experience: Min. 12 years of experience in L&D function including 03 years at a similar role. Age: Upto 55 years as of April 04, 2021 The above position carries an attractive market-based salary package.
