Multinet is hiring ‘Call Center Representatives’ for its upcoming tech-focused health-related project based in Karachi.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide general support to calling client on their issues Update client records in the system, including notes about interactions Create and maintain reports about client interactions Providing guidance about resources available for their facilitation
REQUIREMENTS . Preferably female graduates with 2-3 years of experience of contact centres having excellent communication and computer skills, preferably multilingual with command on regional languages and comfortable working in day/night shifts are required Experience in the health care industry and acquaintance with technology-related platforms/call centres is essential
