Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Performance Management JOB SPECIFICATION QUALIFICATION: MBA (MAJORS IN HRM) EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years’ (Retail HR experience will be preferred) Travelling: Nationwide project-based KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment of all staff (sales operations/ Sales support) nationwide • Maintaining recruitment dashboard • Conducting Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, & Job Design. • Designing & Managing performance management system for all staff members • Liaison with other line manager for effective HR planning • Mass hiring for different seasonal working.
